💰 Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love your setup as much as we do.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@shoplumescape.com, and we’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase is required (your order confirmation email works).

Once your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label or instructions on how to ship it back.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or “final sale” items
